Due to the COVID-19 virus, All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 Business days. At Béni Collection we are following all precautions and putting safety first when handling your packages. Some packages MAY deliver earlier but no guarantee. If your orders take longer than 14 days, we will grant a 100% refund.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Béni Collection WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies. Once your package has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for it being lost, stolen, or misplaced. You will have to contact the local USPS to locate your items. They are responsible for delivering the packages.
We do offer international shipping.

You have 30 days to exchange an item from the date you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect t and notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange after the item has been inspected.
